Whipped Cream (AKA: Homemade Cool Whip)

1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 teasp vanilla or almond extract


Chill mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for half an hour for better results.

Mix heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until it reaches desired consistency.
